Maine High School Softball - Mt. Ararat loses to Skowhegan
April 25, 2024: Topsham, ME 04086 The Skowhegan River Hawks softball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Mt. Ararat Eagles to 0 in the River Hawks non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Skowhegan moves its record to 1-1 on the year. The River Hawks travel to Nokomis (Newport, ME) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league game on Monday, April 29. The Warriors come into the game with a record of 0-0.
In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Oxford Hills Vikings (South Paris, ME) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 26. Mt. Ararat will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Vikings come into the game with a 1-0 record after their 11-9 non-league win over Messalonskee (Oakland, ME).
