Maryland High School Lacrosse - Poolesville overwhelms Seneca Valley
April 25, 2024: Germantown, MD 20874 The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Poolesville Falcons (Poolesville, MD) and the host Seneca Valley Screamin' Eagles (Germantown, MD), saw Poolesville's lacrosse team achieve victory over Seneca Valley by a margin of 10-5.
The Falcons (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Wheaton (Silver Spring, MD). The Knights enter the Montgomery County 3A/2A/1A challenge with a 0-7 record. In their last challenge, Wheaton was overwhelmed by Richard Montgomery (Rockville, MD), 20-1, in a league challenge.
The Screamin' Eagles (3-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Paint Branch (Burtonsville, MD). The Panthers enter the Montgomery County 3A/2A/1A challenge with a 3-6 record. In their last challenge, Paint Branch was overwhelmed by Gaithersburg (Gaithersburg, MD), 9-6, in a league challenge.
