Ohio High School Softball - Carey bounces Arlington
April 25, 2024: Carey, OH 43316 Carey Blue Devils (Carey, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Arlington Red Devils (Arlington, OH), 7-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Blue Devils now own a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they host Colonel Crawford for a Northern 10 challenge on Friday, April 26. Carey will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 13-6 league loss to Mohawk (Sycamore, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 4-7.
With the loss, Arlington falls to 4-11 on the campaign. The Red devils host Allen East (Harrod, OH) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 26. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 4-10. Allen East lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Leipsic (Leipsic, OH)
