The Buckeye Bucks softball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Cloverleaf Colts to 2 in the Bucks non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Buckeye improves its record to 11-6 on the year. The Bucks host Firelands (Oberlin, OH) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league game on Saturday, April 27. The Falcons come into the game with a record of 9-5. Firelands won 9-5 in their recent non-league game against Edison (Milan, OH)

In their next game, the Colts clash with the Strongsville Mustangs (Strongsville, OH) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 26. Cloverleaf will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record.
