Michigan High School Softball - Marlette nudges Croswell-Lexington
April 25, 2024: Croswell, MI 48422 Marlette Red Raiders (Marlette, MI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Croswell-Lexington Pioneers (Croswell, MI), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Red Raiders now own a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they host Deckerville for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 27. Marlette will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 19-1 non-league win over Owendale-Gagetown (Owendale, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Croswell-Lexington falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Deckerville (Deckerville, MI) to battle the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 27.
