New Jersey High School Softball - New Milford bounces Emerson
April 25, 2024: New Milford, NJ 07646 New Milford Knights (New Milford, NJ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Emerson Cavaliers (Emerson, NJ), 7-3 in a league challenge.
The Knights now own a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Dominic Academy for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 27.
With the loss, Emerson falls to 7-5 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to Paramus Catholic (Paramus, NJ) to face the Paladins in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 29. The Paladins enter the challenge with a record of 9-6.
