April 25, 2024: Somerdale, NJ 08083 Spectators at Thursday's league match between the Haddon Heights Garnets (Haddon Heights, NJ) and the host Sterling Silver Knights (Somerdale, NJ), witnessed Haddon Heights's softball squad prevail over Sterling by a count of 21-0.
The Garnets now sport a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Cinnaminson for a non-league match on Saturday, April 27. Haddon Heights will face a Pirates squad coming off a 12-1 league win over Burlington Township (Burlington, NJ). The Pirates record now stands at 11-3.
With the loss, Sterling moves to 1-6 on the season. The Silver knights travel to Paulsboro (Paulsboro, NJ) to face the Red Raiders in a non-league match on Monday, April 29. The Red Raiders go into the match with a record of 4-5. Paulsboro lost 10-2 in their recent non-league match against Pitman (Pitman, NJ)
