North Dakota High School Softball - Heart River co-op [Belfield/South Heart] bounces South Prairie/Max
April 25, 2024: Minot, ND Heart River co-op [Belfield/South Heart] Cougars (Belfield, ND) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host South Prairie/Max (Minot, ND), 15-1 in a league challenge.
The Cougars now own a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host Central McLean [Turtle Lake-Mercer/Underwood/McClusky] for a Class B - Region 4 challenge on Friday, May 3.
With the loss, South Prairie/Max falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The travel to Stanley (Stanley, ND) to clash with the Blue Jays in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 30. The Blue Jays come into the game with a record of 0-4. Stanley lost 20-9 in their recent league game against Bishop Ryan (Minot, ND)
