Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Malvern Prep holds off Episcopal Academy
April 25, 2025: Malvern, PA 19355 The Malvern Prep Friars (Malvern, PA) baseball the visiting Episcopal Academy Churchmen (Newtown Square, PA), 5-1 in Friday's league challenge.
The Friars now own a 18-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Poly Prep Country Day for a non-league challenge on Sunday, April 27. Malvern Prep will clash with a Blue Devils team coming off a 7-3 non-league win over Phillips Academy (Andover, MA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 8-9.
With the defeat, Episcopal Academy drops to 10-7 on the year. The Churchmen travel to Westtown (West Chester, PA) to clash with the in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 26. The go into the challenge with a record of 4-1. Westtown won 17-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Solebury (New Hope, PA)
