The Hanover Area Hawkeyes baseball squad (Hanover Township, PA), was overwhelmed 10-4 in Friday's non-league contest with the host Northwest Area Rangers (Shickshinny, PA)

With the triumph, Northwest Area moves its record to 9-3 on the season. The Rangers travel to MMI Preparatory School (Freeland, PA) to confront the in a non-league contest on Sunday, April 27. The come into the contest with a record of 5-7. MMI Preparatory School lost 6-2 in their recent non-league contest against Mountain View (Kingsley, PA)

The Hawkeyes now possess a 2-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wyoming Seminary College Prep for a Wyoming Valley 2 contest on Monday, April 28. Hanover Area will confront a Blue Knights squad coming off a 4-2 league loss to Holy Redeemer (Wilkes-Barre, PA). The Blue Knights record now stands at 8-5.
