In Friday's non-league game, the host Solanco Golden Mules baseball team scored a close 1-0 win over the Octorara Area Braves.

The Golden Mules (9-6) will now prepare for their game against Lebanon (Lebanon, PA). The Cedars go into the Lancaster-Lebanon 2 game with a 5-10 record. In their last game, Lebanon nudged Lampeter-Strasburg (Lampeter, PA), 5-2, in a league game.

Next, the Braves play the Manheim Central Barons (Manheim, PA) in a Lancaster-Lebanon 3 game, on Monday, April 28. Octorara Area will attempt to improve on its 5-10 season record. The Barons go into the game with a 10-6 record after their 8-5 non-league loss to Lampeter-Strasburg (Lampeter, PA).
