In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Amador Valley Dons volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Redwood Giants.

The Dons (21-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Lynbrook (San Jose, CA). The Vikings enter the non-league challenge with a 9-11 record.
