April 25, 2025: Bronx, NY 10459 Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Metropolitan (Bronx, NY) and the visiting Forest Hills Rangers (Forest Hills, NY), observed Metropolitan's volleyball team hold off Forest Hills by a count of 2-1.
The (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Flushing (Flushing, NY). The Red Devils enter the non-league contest with a 8-0 record. In their last contest, Flushing got by Bowne (Flushing, NY), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Rangers battle the Newtown Pioneers (Elmhurst, NY) in a non-league contest, on Monday, April 28. Forest Hills will attempt to move on its 0-8 season record. The Pioneers enter the contest with a 7-2 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Bowne (Flushing, NY).
