Maryland High School Baseball - Kent Island defeats Colonel Richardson
April 25, 2025: Federalsburg, MD 21632 The Kent Island Buccaneers baseball team scored 12 runs and held the host Colonel Richardson Colonels to 6 in the Buccaneers non-league win on Friday.
The Buccaneers now own a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Caroline for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 29. Kent Island will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 11-0 non-league loss to Parkside (Salisbury, MD). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-7.
With the defeat, Colonel Richardson drops to 1-9 on the year. The Colonels host North Dorchester (Hurlock, MD) to play the Eagles in a non-league test on Monday, April 28. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 4-6. North Dorchester lost 4-2 in their recent non-league test against Easton (Easton, MD)
