The Kellam Knights (Virginia Beach, VA) softball the visiting Western Branch Bruins (Chesapeake, VA), 5-2 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Knights now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kempsville for a non-league outing on Monday, April 28. Kellam will meet a Chiefs squad coming off a 15-5 non-league loss to Deep Creek (Chesapeake, VA). The Chiefs record now stands at 4-2.

The Bruins (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Manor (Portsmouth, VA). The Mustangs enter the non-league challenge with a 2-5 record.
