April 25, 2025: Richmond, VA 23223 Henrico Warriors (Richmond, VA) backers left the game pleased Friday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Armstrong Wildcats (Richmond, VA), 16-8 in a league game.
With the triumph, Henrico upgrades its record to 3-6 on the year. The Warriors host Hopewell (Hopewell, VA) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league game on Saturday, April 26. The Blue Devils enter the game with a record of 2-8. Hopewell lost 17-8 in their recent league game against Thomas Dale (Chester, VA)
The Wildcats now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Manchester for a non-league game on Monday, April 28. Armstrong will play a Lancers squad coming off a 13-1 league win over James River Midlothian (Midlothian, VA). The Lancers record now stands at 7-5.
