Connecticut High School Softball - O'Brien RVT bounces Cheney Tech
April 25, 2025: Manchester, CT 06040 The crowd at Friday's league bout between the O'Brien RVT Condors (Ansonia, CT) and the host Cheney Tech Chargers (Manchester, CT), observed O'Brien RVT's softball team prevail over Cheney Tech by a tally of 13-1.
The Condors (3-4) will now prepare for their bout against Abbott RVT (Danbury, CT). The Wolverines go into the Connecticut Tech bout with a 3-2 record. In their last bout, Abbott RVT was routed by Shepaug Valley (Washington, CT), 16-1, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Chargers clash with the Windham RVT Mighty Tigers (Willimantic, CT) in a Connecticut Tech bout, on Monday, April 28. Cheney Tech will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Mighty Tigers go into the bout with a 4-4 record after their 14-12 non-league loss to Bolton (Bolton, CT).
