Connecticut High School Softball - Lyman Memorial bounces New London
April 25, 2025: Lebanon, CT 06249 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Lyman Memorial Bulldogs (Lebanon, CT) and the visiting New London Whalers (New London, CT), observed Lyman Memorial's softball team notch a victory over New London by a final score of 16-0.
The Bulldogs (3-4) will now prepare for their bout against Griswold (Griswold, CT). The Wolverines go into the Eastern Connecticut - Small bout with a 2-4 record. In their last bout, Griswold gained a win over Wheeler (North Stonington, CT), 19-5, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Whalers battle the Tourtellotte Tigers (North Grosvenordale, CT) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 28. New London will attempt to better on its 0-7 season record.
