The Mankato West Scarlets softball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting St. Peter Saints to 3 in the Scarlets non-league win on Friday.

The Scarlets now possess a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Belle Plaine for a non-league battle on Monday, April 28.

With the loss, St. Peter moves to 4-5 on the season. The Saints travel to Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] (Montgomery, MN) to meet the Titans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 29. The Titans enter the challenge with a record of 6-1.
