The crowd at Friday's league bout between the River Valley Panthers (Blairsville, PA) and the visiting Purchase Line Red Dragons (Commodore, PA), observed River Valley's softball team get by Purchase Line by a tally of 5-3.

The Panthers (7-0) will now prepare for their bout against Central Cambria (Ebensburg, PA). The Red Devils go into the non-league bout with a 7-3 record.

In their next game, the Red Dragons clash with the Curwensville Golden Tide (Curwensville, PA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 28.
