The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Velva/Drake/Anamoose Aggies (Velva, ND) and the visiting Thompson Tommies (Thompson, ND), observed Velva/Drake/Anamoose's softball team get by Thompson by a tally of 9-3.

The Aggies (8-1) will now prepare for their bout against Hillsboro/Central Valley (Buxton, ND). The H-CV Burros go into the non-league bout with a 6-4 record. In their last bout, Hillsboro/Central Valley tipped Enderlin (Enderlin, ND), 11-4, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Tommies clash with the Harvey Hornets (Harvey, ND) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 26. Thompson will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 14-1 non-league win over Grafton (Grafton, ND).
