The Benton Central Bison triumphed over the visiting Delphi Community Oracles softball squad by a count of 12-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Bison meet the Twin Lakes Indians (Monticello, IN) in a Hoosier challenge, on Tuesday, April 28. Benton Central will attempt to upgrade on its 7-2 season record.

The Oracles (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against West Lafayette (West Lafayette, IN). The Red Devils enter the non-league challenge with a 9-2 record. In their last challenge, West Lafayette overcame Crawfordsville (Crawfordsville, IN), 19-3, in a non-league challenge.
