Connecticut High School Lacrosse - Stamford drops to Greenwich
April 26, 2022: Greenwich, CT 06830 In Tuesday's league test, the host Greenwich Cardinals lacrosse squad scored a good 15-4 victory over the Stamford Black Knights.
The Cardinals now have a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Wilton for a non-league test on Thursday, April 28. Greenwich will face a Warriors squad coming off a 18-5 league win over Ludlowe (Fairfield, CT). The Warriors record now stands at 6-1.
In their next game, the Black Knights face the Danbury Hatters (Danbury, CT) in a Fairfield County-West test, on Thursday, April 28. Stamford will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Hatters come into the test with a 0-9 record after their 8-7 non-league loss to Shelton (Shelton, CT).
