April 26, 2023: Yorktown Heights, NY 10598 The Valhalla Vikings baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the host Yorktown Huskers to 3 in the Vikings non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Vikings (7-4) will now prepare for their match against Rye Neck (Mamaroneck, NY). The Panthers go into the Section 1 Conference 3 - A match with a 9-3 record. In their last match, Rye Neck edged Briarcliff (Briarcliff Manor, NY), 13-0, in a league match.
The Huskers (10-4) will now prepare for their match against Lakeland (Shrub Oak, NY). The Hornets go into the Section 1 Conference 2 - C match with a 5-6 record. In their last match, Lakeland edged Hendrick Hudson (Montrose, NY), 4-0, in a league match.
