Mater Dei Catholic Crusaders (Chula Vista, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host San Ysidro Cougars (San Diego, CA), 13-3 in a league test.

With the win, Mater Dei Catholic upgrades its record to 9-1 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Madison (San Diego, CA) to battle the Warhawks in a non-league test on Thursday, April 27. The Warhawks come into the test with a record of 7-5. Madison lost 5-3 in their recent non-league test against University City (San Diego, CA)
