April 26, 2023: Richburg, SC 29729 The Lewisville Lions the visiting Andrew Jackson Volunteers softball squad by a final score of 4-2 in Wednesday's non-league battle.
The Lions (20-1) will now prepare for their battle against Chesnee (Chesnee, SC). The Eagles go into the non-league battle with a 13-7 record. In their last battle, Chesnee held off Landrum (Landrum, SC), 2-1, in a league battle.
The Volunteers now possess a 6-9 record. They play next when they host Chesterfield for a AA Region 5 battle on Thursday, April 27. Andrew Jackson will meet a Golden Rams squad coming off a 9-6 league loss to Buford (Lancaster, SC). The Golden Rams record now stands at 5-6.
