Ohio High School Baseball - Carlisle holds off Eaton
April 26, 2024: Eaton, OH 45320 Carlisle Indians (Carlisle, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Eaton Eagles (Eaton, OH), 5-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Carlisle upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Indians travel to Valley View (Germantown, OH) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league game on Monday, April 29. The Spartans go into the game with a record of 5-10. Valley View lost 6-2 in their recent non-league game against Archbishop Alter (Kettering, OH)
The Eagles (4-8) will now prepare for their game against Brookville (Brookville, OH). The Blue Devils go into the Southwestern Buckeye - Southwestern game with a 12-5 record. In their last game, Brookville tipped National Trail (New Paris, OH), 13-2, in a non-league game.
