New York High School Lacrosse - Amherst Central overwhelms Williamsville East

April 26, 2024: Amherst, NY 14226

The Amherst Central Tigers triumphed over the visiting Williamsville East Flames lacrosse team by a score of 12-6 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Amherst Central upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Tigers host Medina (Medina, NY) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 27. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 0-5. Medina lost 19-4 in their recent league challenge against Akron (Akron, NY)

The Flames (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Grand Island (Grand Island, NY). The Vikings enter the Class C challenge with a 8-2 record. In their last challenge, Grand Island was overwhelmed by Frontier (Hamburg, NY), 5-4, in a non-league challenge.
