Maryland High School Softball - Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North bounces High Point
April 26, 2024: Beltsville, MD 20705 The Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North Tigers routed the host High Point Eagles softball squad by a final score of 7-0 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Tigers (11-4) will now prepare for their battle against Gwynn Park (Brandywine, MD). The Yellowjackets go into the non-league battle with a 10-1 record. In their last battle, Gwynn Park nudged DuVal (Lanham, MD), 16-6, in a non-league battle.
The Eagles now possess a 0-7 record. They play next when they travel to Northwestern for a Prince George's County 4A battle on Monday, April 29. High Point will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 12-5 non-league loss to Suitland (Forestville, MD). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-14.
