April 26, 2024: Delran, NJ 08075 The crowd at Friday's non-league match between the Delran Bears (Delran, NJ) and the visiting West Windsor-Plainsboro North Knights (Plainsboro, NJ), saw Delran's softball squad nip West Windsor-Plainsboro North by a count of 9-5.
The Bears now sport a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hamilton for a non-league match on Monday, April 29. Delran will face a Hornets squad coming off a 9-4 non-league loss to Delaware Valley (Frenchtown, NJ). The Hornets record now stands at 6-7.
With the loss, West Windsor-Plainsboro North falls to 3-8 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Lawrence (Lawrenceville, NJ) to face the Cardinals in a non-league match on Monday, April 29. The Cardinals enter the match with a record of 3-7. Lawrence won 4-2 in their recent non-league match against Lawrenceville School (Lawrenceville, NJ)
