The Delta Eagles triumphed over the visiting Alexandria-Monroe Tigers baseball team by a margin of 12-3 in Saturday's non-league game.

The Eagles (7-4) will now prepare for their game against Yorktown (Yorktown, IN). The Tigers go into the Hoosier Heritage game with a 5-5 record. In their last game, Yorktown was overwhelmed by Greenfield-Central (Greenfield, IN), 9-4, in a league game.

Next, the Tigers play the Tipton Blue Devils (Tipton, IN) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 28. Alexandria-Monroe will attempt to improve on its 9-4 season record.
