April 26, 2025: Herculaneum, MO 63048 The Herculaneum Black Cats baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Bishop DuBourg Cavaliers to 2 in the Black Cats non-league win on Saturday.
The Black Cats now own a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Windsor for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 29. Herculaneum will clash with a Owls team coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Perryville (Perryville, MO). The Owls record now stands at 6-13.
With the defeat, Bishop DuBourg drops to 6-5 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to Hancock (St. Louis, MO) to battle the Tigers in a Class 3 District 4 match on Saturday, April 26. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 3-11. Hancock lost 9-0 in their recent non-league match against Bayless (St. Louis, MO)
