April 26, 2025: Charlevoix, MI 49720 The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Ogemaw Heights Falcons (West Branch, MI) and the host Charlevoix Rayders (Charlevoix, MI), saw Ogemaw Heights's baseball team gain a win over Charlevoix by a tally of 9-4.
The Falcons (8-4) will now prepare for their battle against Shepherd (Shepherd, MI). The Bluejays enter the non-league battle with a 9-2 record. In their last battle, Shepherd held off Beaverton (Beaverton, MI), 6-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Rayders face the Kalkaska Blazers (Kalkaska, MI) in a Lake Michigan battle, on Monday, April 28. Charlevoix will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Blazers enter the battle with a 1-4 record after their 10-2 league loss to Elk Rapids (Elk Rapids, MI).
