North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Hoggard drops to Charlotte Catholic

Charlotte Catholic Cougars (Charlotte, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they saw their lacrosse team overcome the host Hoggard Vikings (Wilmington, NC), 16-9 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Charlotte Catholic advances its record to 11-5 on the season. The Cougars host Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC) to play the Mavericks in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 29. The Mavericks come into the game with a record of 14-2. Marvin Ridge won 23-3 in their recent league game against Parkwood (Monroe, NC)

The Vikings now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Brunswick for a Mideastern game on Tuesday, April 29.
