April 26, 2025: Pompton Plains, NJ 07444 Pequannock Golden Panthers (Pompton Plains, NJ) followers exited the stadium satisfied Saturday as they saw their lacrosse team gain a win over the visiting Whippany Park Wildcats (Whippany, NJ), 9-6 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Pequannock advances its record to 6-1 on the season. The Golden Panthers travel to Madison (Madison, NJ) to play the Dodgers in a non-league game on Monday, April 28. The Dodgers come into the game with a record of 4-4. Madison lost 11-9 in their recent non-league game against Westfield (Westfield, NJ)
The Wildcats now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chatham for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 29. Whippany Park will play a Cougars team coming off a 17-7 non-league win over Montclair (Montclair, NJ). The Cougars record now stands at 8-0.
