Missouri High School Soccer - Marshfield nudges Sikeston
April 26, 2025: Marshfield, MO 65706 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Marshfield Bluejays (Marshfield, MO) and the visiting Sikeston Bulldogs (Sikeston, MO), saw Marshfield's soccer squad hold off Sikeston by a count of 1-0.
The Bluejays (10-4) will now prepare for their battle against Fair Grove (Fair Grove, MO). The Eagles enter the non-league battle with a 2-13 record. In their last battle, Fair Grove was edged by Greenwood (Springfield, MO), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Perryville Pirates (Perryville, MO) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 29. Sikeston will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Pirates enter the battle with a 6-3 record after their 8-1 non-league win over DeSoto (DeSoto, MO).
