April 26, 2025: Dubuque, IA 52001 Wahlert Golden Eagles (Dubuque, IA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting West Burlington Falcons (West Burlington, IA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Wahlert moves its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Golden Eagles host Waterloo West (Waterloo, IA) to clash with the Wahawks in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 29. The Wahawks come into the test with a record of 0-16. Waterloo West lost 10-0 in their recent non-league test against Wilton (Wilton, IA)
The Falcons now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Muscatine for a non-league test on Thursday, May 1. West Burlington will clash with a Muskies team coming off a 4-0 league win over Pleasant Valley (Pleasant Valley, IA). The Muskies record now stands at 12-0.
