The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Fremont Firebirds (Sunnyvale, CA) and the visiting Rancho San Juan Trailblazers (Salinas, CA), saw Fremont's baseball team get by Rancho San Juan by a tally of 5-4.

The Firebirds (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against Homestead (Cupertino, CA). The Mustangs enter the non-league battle with a 6-13 record.
