April 26, 2025: Sioux City, IA 51105 Bishop Heelan Catholic Crusaders (Sioux City, IA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting St. Albert Falcons (Council Bluffs, IA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Bishop Heelan Catholic moves its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Sergeant Bluff-Luton (Sergeant Bluff, IA) to meet the Warriors in a Missouri River test on Tuesday, April 29. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 4-2. Sergeant Bluff-Luton lost 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Western Christian (Hull, IA)
The Falcons now sport a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tri-Center for a non-league test on Monday, April 28. St. Albert will meet a Trojans team coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA). The Trojans record now stands at 4-6.
