The Monroe Trojans crushed the visiting Saline Hornets baseball team by a count of 14-4 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Trojans now possess a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Riverview for a Huron bout on Saturday, April 30. Monroe will face a Pirates team coming off a 7-0 league win over Airport (Carleton, MI). The Pirates record now stands at 7-1.
