Dighton-Rehoboth Regional Falcons (North Dighton, MA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Bourne Canalmen (Bourne, MA), 12-0 in a league challenge.

The Falcons now own a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Apponequet Regional for a South Coast challenge on Friday, April 29. Dighton-Rehoboth Regional will battle a Lakers squad coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Silver Lake Regional (Kingston, MA). The Lakers record now stands at 4-6.

With the loss, Bourne falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Canalmen host Wareham (Wareham, MA) to battle the Vikings in a South Coast challenge on Friday, April 29.
