April 27, 2022: Painesville, OH 44077 Harvey Red Raiders (Painesville, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Hathaway Brown Blazers (Shaker Heights, OH), 9-6 in a non-league challenge.
The Red Raiders now own a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Open Door Christian for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 30.
With the loss, Hathaway Brown falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Blazers host Beaumont School (Cleveland Heights, OH) to battle the Blue Streaks in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 28. The Blue Streaks enter the challenge with a record of 1-4. Beaumont School won 8-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Villa Angela-St. Joseph (Cleveland, OH)
