South Carolina High School Baseball - Dutch Fork loses to Lexington
April 27, 2023: Lexington, SC 29072 The Lexington Wildcats crushed the visiting Dutch Fork Silver Foxes baseball team by a tally of 7-0 in Thursday's league bout.
The Wildcats now hold a 21-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mauldin for a non-league bout on Tuesday, May 2. Lexington will face a Mavericks team coming off a 11-9 league win over J.L. Mann (Greenville, SC). The Mavericks record now stands at 8-5.
Next, the Silver Foxes face the T.L. Hanna Yellow Jackets (Anderson, SC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, May 2. Dutch Fork will attempt to advance on its 5-11 season record. The Yellow Jackets enter the bout with a 8-8 record after their 3-2 league win over Hillcrest (Simpsonville, SC).
