Annandale Atoms (Annandale, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Mount Vernon Majors (Alexandria, VA), 14-6 in a league battle.

The Atoms now have a 3-9 record. They take the field next when they host Edison for a National battle on Monday, May 1. Annandale will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 13-6 league win over Hayfield (Alexandria, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 6-3.
