April 27, 2023: Fairfax, VA 22030 The crowd at Thursday's league test between the Fairfax Lions (Fairfax, VA) and the visiting West Potomac Wolverines (Alexandria, VA), saw Fairfax's soccer squad knock off West Potomac by a margin of 2-0.
The Lions now sport a 9-0 record. They play next when they travel to Robinson for a Patriot test on Monday, May 1. Fairfax will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to South County (Lorton, VA). The Rams record now stands at 4-3.
With the loss, West Potomac drops to 1-8 on the season. The Wolverines host Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA) to encounter the Titans in a Patriot test on Monday, May 1. The Titans come into the test with a record of 4-4. Alexandria City lost 5-2 in their recent league test against Lake Braddock (Burke, VA)
