April 27, 2023: Avon Lake, OH 44012 Avon Lake Shoremen (Avon Lake, OH) followers exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Brecksville-Broadview Heights Bees (Broadview Heights, OH), 5-3 in a non-league battle.
The Shoremen now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Perrysburg for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 29. Avon Lake will clash with a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 7-6 league win over Anthony Wayne (Whitehouse, OH). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 8-4.
In their next game, the Bees clash with the Wadsworth Grizzlies (Wadsworth, OH) in a battle, on Saturday, April 29. Brecksville-Broadview Heights will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record.
