Virginia High School Softball - Mathews loses to King William
April 27, 2023: King William, VA 23086 The King William Cavaliers softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Mathews Blue Devils to 0 in the Cavaliers non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, King William improves its record to 4-5 on the year. The Cavaliers host Hanover (Mechanicsville, VA) to clash with the Hawks in a non-league game on Wednesday, May 3. The Hawks come into the game with a record of 2-2.
In their next game, the Blue Devils clash with the Northumberland Indians (Heathsville, VA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, May 4. Mathews will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
