April 27, 2024: Mishawaka, IN 46545 The Andrean Fighting 59ers baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the host Penn Kingsmen to 4 in the Fighting 59ers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Fighting 59ers (14-3) will now prepare for their match against Lowell (Lowell, IN). The Red Devils go into the Northwest Crossroads match with a 5-7 record. In their last match, Lowell by Crown Point (Crown Point, IN), 7-2, in a non-league challenge.
With the defeat, Penn falls to 9-7 on the season. The Kingsmen travel to Mishawaka Marian (Mishawaka, IN) to encounter the Knights in a Northern Indiana challenge on Monday, April 29. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 10-5. Mishawaka Marian won 8-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Illiana Christian (Dyer, IN)
