Washington High School Baseball - Capital loses to Olympia
April 27, 2024: Olympia, WA 98501 The Olympia Bears crushed the visiting Capital Cougars baseball team by a tally of 14-6 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Bears now hold a 11-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bellarmine Prep for a 4A South Puget Sound bout on Tuesday, April 30. Olympia will face a Lions team coming off a 20-4 league loss to Emerald Ridge (South Hill, WA). The Lions record now stands at 1-15.
Next, the Cougars face the Central Kitsap Cougars (Silverdale, WA) in a 3A South Sound bout, on Tuesday, April 30. Capital will attempt to advance on its 11-8 season record. The Cougars enter the bout with a 5-7 record after their 5-3 league loss to Yelm (Yelm, WA).
