Connecticut High School Baseball - Cromwell loses to Somers
April 27, 2024: Somers, CT 06071 In Saturday's non-league game, the host Somers Spartans baseball team scored a tight 9-3 victory over the Cromwell Panthers.
The Spartans (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Weaver (Hartford, CT). The Beavers go into the non-league game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Weaver was overwhelmed by Academy of Science and Innovation (New Britain, CT), 15-5, in a league game.
The Panthers (4-7) will now prepare for their game against Haddam-Killingworth (Higganum, CT). The Cougars go into the Shoreline - Large game with a 9-2 record. In their last game, Haddam-Killingworth tipped Hale Ray (Moodus, CT), 13-2, in a non-league game.
